Purchases and refunds

Submitting a form or requesting a conversation creates no charge. Vernuli does not request card details or make automatic charges through vernuli.com.

If both parties later decide to work together, scope, price, taxes, schedule, deposits, cancellation, and any refunds will be clearly stated in a proposal or contract before payment.

The terms of a specific proposal or contract govern that project. For questions about a payment or cancellation, email hola@vernuli.com and include the relevant reference.
