Vernuli is responsible for personal information received through this site. For any privacy-related request, email hola@vernuli.com.

When you use the form, we may receive:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Company and team size, when you choose to provide them.
• Your message and any selections you choose to transfer from the “Your case” tool.

We use this information only to reply, understand the process you want to improve, assess whether we can help, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

The site uses Cloudflare for infrastructure and security, Resend to deliver contact messages, and Google Fonts for typography. These providers may process technical information or the content strictly necessary to provide their services, including outside Mexico, under their own privacy and security commitments.

The “Your case” tool stores your selections and a summary phrase in your browser. This information is not sent to Vernuli unless you choose to include it in the form. Cloudflare may also process technical security data such as IP address, date, browser, and request logs.

We retain information only as long as needed to handle the conversation, meet applicable obligations, and resolve potential liabilities. We apply reasonable safeguards to limit access and prevent unauthorized use.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection; limit use; or withdraw consent. Email hola@vernuli.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, and enough information to locate your request. We may ask for additional information only to verify your identity.

This business website is not designed to intentionally collect children’s information. If we identify information from a minor sent without authorization, we may delete it. Changes to this notice will be posted here with a new update date.
