Privacy notice

Vernuli (“we”) is the controller of the personal data we collect through this site, mainly when you write via the contact form or email hola@vernuli.com.

The data we may collect: name, company, email, approximate team size, and the contents of your message. We use it solely to reply, evaluate a potential project, and follow up commercially. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Processing takes place primarily in Mexico. We may rely on email and infrastructure providers (for example, Cloudflare) under contracts that limit use of the information to the contracted service.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection, and you may limit use or withdraw consent, by writing to hola@vernuli.com. We will handle the request within the timelines set by Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
